Scorpio is known to the investigators of the Zodiac. Intuitive and often just plain nosy, curious, Scorpions want to know everything about everything. If you are in need of an answer a Scorpion would be the ideal person to help you find it. With all this knowledge and wisdom
comes a downside. Scorpions tend to only see in black and white, there’s no in between. They’re dedicated to their own agenda; they are passionate about their beliefs and will always make it their priority to sway people to see things their way.
Being known as the masters of their fate, the Scorpions only know one way to get through life: on their own terms. In other words, a good motto for a Scorpion is ”My way or the highway”. Instead of waiting for life to come to them they go in search and are often thought to not live life, but attack it.
When a Scorpion experiences a loss, they do not pout or sulk about it, they simply change their tack and proceed, sure in the fact that they’ll succeed. The intense passion and desire that’s common to this sign of the Zodiac drive the Scorpion to always succeed, persevere and shoot for the top. Many times Scorpions are perceived as being imperious, with an almost royal bearing.
They are not only passionate but also quite secretive. A Scorpio does not wear his heart on his sleeve. Many people who are in close circles with a Scorpio will still never know the depth of their emotions or passions. Trying to dissect or probe into the psyche of a Scorpio will
immediately put them on guard and often cause them to flee behind a wall of defensive or sarcasm answers. Scorpio’s are competitive and often develop intense rivalries whether at work or at play. Scorpios are vengeful and don’t take slighted or being mistreated very well.
In fact, if you end up on the wrong side of a Scorpio you can be sure that retaliation is coming, and coming hard. A Scorpio does not know the meaning of quit or surrender, no matter how difficult the task a Scorpio will get it done.
Always a predator the Scorpio can often become domineering and demanding in a relationship, especially if their partner allows it. Scorpios need a weaker partner and power allows them to have it. It is difficult for a Scorpio to find a partner who is strong enough to deal with them, and who is interesting enough to provide a continuous challenge. The Scorpio will mate for life when the right person comes along. Once a Scorpions falls in love there isn’t any worry of infidelity or straying.
The eighth-star sign lies in Scorpion. The sign is represented by the Scorpion. This vengeful animal has a mighty sting in its tail. The same is thought of those born under Scorpion, known to attack with vengeance.
It is very interesting to note that Mars rules Scorpion. As the Roman god of bloodshed and war. Scorpions like to fight to prove that they are right. Confidence and self-assertion are two qualities that Mars brings to Scorpion. Other qualities seen are aggression, sexuality, energy, ambition, strength, and impulsiveness. To note, the Roman god of war connection sees Scorpions being competitive and physical.
Scorpions are interesting to pin down, in terms of careers and jobs. Their physical and competitiveness spurs them on in the world of sports. Any sports would suffice for the Scorpion, although combative sports would work best. For it seems this is the best way for
them to blow off steam.
Scorpion has downsides, just like anything else. First off, they are able to have jealous, vengeful streaks. They cannot let anything go. Although calm on the surface, underneath Scorpions are bubbling with a wildly emotional core. Said emotional core pave the road to obsession, or can erupt. Some things cannot be let go for the Scorpion.
Given the emotional level of Scorpio, it’s not surprising they are a Water sign. Like the waves of water, Scorpion can have waves of emotion and feeling. That said, Scorpions have a ”radar” for in regards to relationships and moods, of sorts. Their emotion can add meaning, even to trivial and mundane events in life. It is like their emotions add another dimension to everything.
With such abundance of emotion, it’s intriguing to see what signs Scorpion are compatible with. Scorpion finds romance with other Water signs as a Water sign flowing with emotion. Cancer, Pisces, and especially other Scorpions give positive effects. So much so, that a Scorpion in a relationship with a different Water sign can lead to telepathic-like effects between them. Earth signs can give security and foundation to help guide a Scorpion. Air signs can clash with Scorpion, where Fire signs would be dampened via this Water sign.
Buzzing with emotion, Scorpion is alive with energy and a lust for life. Determined to do what’s right. Although, don’t cross a Scorpion, for they won’t be able to let it go.
